History
Pangolin was created in June 2014 out of a desire to leverage and combine our scientific knowledge, experience, and broad education with our high-level writing, editorial and content expertise.
Our home base is in Central Indiana, home of the Indianapolis Colts, corn, basketball, and GenCon. We have vast experience traveling and always welcome the experience. Some of the fun places we have worked include domestic destinations such as Chicago, New York City, Detroit, Washington DC, San Diego, Los Angeles, Louisville, Nashville, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, and Houston. We especially enjoy global travel and have worked in exotic locations such as Hong Kong, China; Tokyo, Japan; Rome, Italy; Stockholm, Sweden; Santiago, Chile; Buenos Aires, Argentina; São Paulo, Brazil; Panama City, Panama; Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; Windsor, Ontario, Canada; Istanbul, Turkey; and Taipei, Taiwan.
The founder is a huge fans of the Green Bay Packers, dogs, and the beach. Someday we hope to include all of these interests in a little place to live in Door County, Wisconsin.

James M. Westbrooks
James has more than 20 years of extensive commercial and research experience across multiple therapeutic categories and platforms. He has expertise in clinical data analysis, market research, content development, faculty and advisor management, publication planning and development, and tactical implementation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Purdue University, and a Ph.D. in Biology also from Purdue University (to our IU fans – don’t hold that against him!).
